Partnered with Health for All to define, scope, and deliver a volunteer scheduling solution end-to-end. Led stakeholder interviews to surface pain points, translated findings into requirements, evaluated tooling options, and managed implementation through to launch with the end goal of improving coordination for the organization's volunteer network.
